Contact Center Specialist Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare organizations, is looking for you . Hook: Join our team today ! What you’ll do: Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a highly professional and courteous manner . Schedule and manage appointments across multiple partner clinics and facilities . Verify consumer details, including demographics and insurance information, and accurately document all interactions in electronic health records (EHR) systems . What you need: Education: College degree completed (graduation mandate) . Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously . Mindset: A strong customer-focused and problem-solving attitude . Experience (Nice to have): Previous customer service, contact center, or healthcare patient access experience; familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage . Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $19,500 MXN Your benefits: Christmas Bonus: 30 days of salary . Food Vouchers: $1,000 MXN monthly . Insurance: Private medical insurance .
